Key Responsibilities
- Command all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
- Maintain complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions to guarantee a seamless travel experience.
- Perform the functions of the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under applicable security programs. Conduct passenger safety briefings or assign this duty to the second in command.
- Actively support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, and uphold Jet Aviation’s commitment to a secure environment. Record and report all aircraft discrepancies.
- Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork.
- Represent Jet Aviation, showcasing professionalism and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
- FAA First Class Medical.
- 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time.
- 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command.
- 1,500 hours Multi-Engine.
- 500 hours Turbo-Jet.
- 500 hours Turbine.
- 100 hours Night.
- 75 hours Simulated Instrument.
- High school diploma.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles.
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
- Appropriate Aircraft type rating and currency.

Physical Requirements

Work Environment
Operate in a variety of environments, from heavy maintenance areas to upscale customer spaces. Experience dynamic aircraft operations with occasional high noise levels, vibrations, and exposure to fuel fumes. Adapt to changing weather conditions and seasonal temperature extremes in hangar settings.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000. This range is not a guaranteed offer. Final salary will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
