Pilot in Command – CL350 Float Program

Purpose of the Position:
The Pilot in Command will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all assigned flight duties, adhering to company and regulatory standards. This includes ensuring passenger safety and comfort, proficiency in all aspects of cabin systems and emergency procedures, and reporting to the Chief Pilot and assigned PIC for scheduled trips.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Ensuring Safe Flight Operations:
- Compliance with all company and regulatory requirements for crewing and trip assignments.
- Thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance determination for each flight.
- Proficient utilization of Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to mitigate operational risks.
- Adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and effective coordination with company personnel. Serving as Grounds and In-Flight Security Coordinator as defined by company policy.
- Comprehensive pre-flight aircraft checks, including maintenance status verification, and accurate documentation of any discrepancies according to SOPs.
- Meticulous monitoring and management of all aircraft ground servicing (fueling, oil, oxygen), in strict accordance with SOPs.
- Conducting passenger briefings as per company policy and regulations, providing superior customer service and accommodating any special passenger needs.
- Effective communication with crew and support personnel using Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) principles across all operational scenarios.
Delivering an Exceptional Service Experience:
- Providing superior service to owners and passengers while proactively identifying opportunities for service enhancement. Promptly addressing and resolving service deviations.
- Collaborative teamwork with crew and EJM partners to ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience. Effective conflict resolution and challenge management.
Maintaining Proficiency and Compliance:
- Maintaining currency in all regulatory and company-mandated training and experience requirements.
- Strict adherence to the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program, reporting safety concerns or non-compliance through established channels.
Qualifications:
Certifications and Licenses:
FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
Experience:
4-6 years of experience. Prior corporate/business aviation experience preferred. Preference given to CL300/350 type-rated individuals.
Minimum Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
