Pilot in Command, CL350 Float (Homebased)
Executive Jet Management, a subsidiary of NetJets and part of the world's largest private aviation infrastructure, seeks a qualified Pilot in Command for its CL350 Float Program. Purpose of Position:
The Pilot in Command is responsible for the safety and well-being of passengers, ensuring a smooth and comfortable flight experience. This includes adherence to cabin safety procedures, proficiency in all aspects of cabin systems and operations, and efficient execution of flight assignments. The Pilot in Command reports to the Chief Pilot and collaborates with the assigned PIC for a scheduled trip, fulfilling all duties delegated for that flight.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Ensuring Safe Flight Operations:
- Comply with company and regulatory requirements for crew assignments and trip planning.
- Complete comprehensive flight planning, performance analysis, and weight and balance calculations for each assignment.
- Implement Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks.
- Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate with company personnel as necessary.
- Act as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator, as defined by company policy.
- Thoroughly inspect the aircraft pre-flight, including maintenance status, to ensure operational capability. Document any aircraft discrepancies in accordance with company SOPs.
- Monitor and ensure all aircraft ground servicing requirements (e.g., fueling, oil, oxygen) are met in accordance with SOPs.
- Provide clear and concise passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and accommodate special needs of passengers, including those with physical challenges.
- Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) for effective communication with crew and support personnel during all flight phases.
Delivering Exceptional Service Experience:
- Provide high-quality service to owners and passengers, identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience.
- Proactively investigate and resolve service deviations.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to deliver a consistent service experience to owners and passengers.
- Effectively resolve conflicts and challenges.
Maintaining Proficiency and Compliance:
- Maintain regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience.
- Adhere to the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program and report safety or non-compliance concerns through the appropriate channels.
Certifications and Licenses:

- Preference given to CL300/350 type-rated individuals.

- Minimum Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
