Pilot in Command - Challenger 350
Executive Jet Management, on behalf of an aircraft owner, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot in Command for a Challenger 350 aircraft based in Orlando, Florida (KORL).
About the Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to join a three-pilot account operating under Part 91 regulations. The flight department, supported by a dedicated Flight Attendant and Maintenance Technician, plays an integral role in the success of a prestigious corporate client.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and engaging individual who embodies a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to safety. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach are paramount, as the flight department serves as a direct extension of the client's corporate offices.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all flight operations in strict accordance with company GOM, FAA regulations, Operations Specifications, and Flight Manuals.
- Champion the company's Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring compliance and proactively reporting any safety or security concerns.
- Maintain meticulous post-flight aircraft standards, including thorough cockpit and cabin inspections and reporting any discrepancies.
- Coordinate and secure cabin amenities, including catering, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the Chief Pilot to manage flight schedules, meticulously log flight and duty times, and report all external commercial flights.
- Uphold rigorous medical standards, maintaining a valid First Class Medical Certificate and promptly submitting copies to the Flight Operations Training Department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time.
- 1,500 hours Multi-Engine Land (MEL) experience.
- 2,000 hours Pilot in Command experience.
- 300 hours Instrument flight time.
- 500 hours Jet experience.
- Challenger 300/350 type rating is mandatory.
- Residency within a 90-minute radius of Orlando Executive (KORL) is required.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-level tasks effectively.
