Job Description:
The Pilot in Command is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Challenger 300 aircraft, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies. They will work as part of a three-Captain team, flying approximately 425 hours annually, thus allowing for a desirable work-life balance. This position demands a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum total flight time of 3,500 hours.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours of Multi-Engine Land (MEL) experience.
- Minimum of 2,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) experience.
- Minimum of 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) experience in Multi-Engine Land (MEL) aircraft.
- Minimum of 300 hours of Instrument time.
- Must hold a valid and current pilot license suitable for the operation of the aircraft.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrated history of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Challenger 300 aircraft in a safe and professional manner, complying with all applicable regulations and company policies.
- Maintain the highest levels of flight safety and standards at all times.
- Effectively communicate with crew members, flight operations, and other stakeholders.
