Compensation and Benefits:
Etihad Airways provides a competitive annual package encompassing a basic salary, flying pay, housing allowance, and layover and meal allowances. The opportunity exists to earn up to 513,732 AED (USD 138,318) tax-free annually, based on 75 flying hours per month. Performance-based annual salary increments are offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:

The Role:
The successful candidate will:
- Conduct flights in accordance with the current flight plan, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the Captain's instructions.
- When not at the controls, promptly notify the Captain of any changes to the flight plan, Air Traffic Control (ATC) instructions, or geographical position upon the Captain's return.
- Assist the Captain with administrative duties related to the flight, as requested.
- Confirm the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining continuous and independent monitoring of the aircraft's geographical position, ensuring safe terrain and weather clearance.
- Maintain a high standard of personal discipline, conduct, and appearance, representing Etihad Airways professionally at all times.
What You'll Bring:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2500 hours of total flying time.
- A minimum of 1500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit, or high-performance military jet aircraft.
- Minimum 500 hours on Boeing aircraft and current on any Boeing aircraft type.
- Current ICAO and unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). Frozen ATPLs are not accepted unless held by a UAE citizen.
- Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical certificate.
- Maximum age limit of 50 years.
- English Language Fluency (written and verbal) at Level 4 or higher.
- For hours accumulated on flights with in-flight relief, 75% of the total hours will be counted towards the required minimums.
