The Role of a Cabin Crew Member

As a Cabin Crew Member, safety is the paramount priority. This role involves maintaining the highest safety standards while delivering genuine and effortless customer service. Responsibilities include adeptly managing in-flight procedures, handling real-time decisions with confidence, and applying professionalism to make a meaningful difference in the passenger experience. Candidate Requirements

While previous aviation experience is not a prerequisite, EasyJet seeks candidates who demonstrate an exemplary attitude, unwavering professionalism, and a profound passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A minimum of six months' experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating clarity, confidence, and kindness.
• The ability to remain composed under pressure and make sound, safety-oriented decisions.
• A strong affinity for collaborative work within diverse, energetic teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with empathy, ensuring memorable and valued customer experiences.

Essential Criteria:

To comply with stringent regulatory and operational standards, applicants must fulfill the following essential requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a height between 157.5 cm (5’2”) and 190 cm (6’3”) without shoes.
• Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Hold valid right to work in the UK, with a passport allowing unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the EasyJet network. (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not offered.)
• Reside within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base.
• Ensure no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck; all tattoos must be inoffensive.
• Be capable of confidently selling products, including alcohol, from the CAFE.SHOP range, which contributes to commission.
• Successfully complete a swim test, including swimming 25 meters unaided, treading water, inflating a life jacket, and climbing into a life raft.
• Pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical examination and comfortably fit into a jump seat equipped with a lap belt and shoulder harness.
