Candidate Profile & Requirements

Essential Requirements:
To comply with regulatory and operational mandates, applicants must fulfil the following criteria:
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Possess a height between 157.5 cm (5’2”) and 190 cm (6’3”) without footwear.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Hold the legal right to work in the UK, possessing a valid passport permitting unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the entire easyJet network. (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not provided for this position).
- Reside within a 90-minute commuting distance of their designated easyJet base.
- Be free of visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck. All other tattoos must be inoffensive.
- Be comfortable with in-flight sales of CAFE.SHOP range items, including alcoholic beverages, contributing to commission earnings.
- Possess the ability to swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and successfully climb into a life raft.
- Successfully pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical examination and be able to fit securely into a jump seat utilising a lap belt and shoulder harness.
