Role Requirements:

Candidates should demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn, coupled with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. While previous experience in a customer-facing role for at least three months is preferred, no prior flying experience is necessary. The airline provides comprehensive training to equip successful candidates with the skills required.

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to work and live in the UK, and hold a valid passport enabling travel throughout the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network. Note that Skilled Worker VISA sponsorship for international applicants is not applicable. While tattoos are acceptable, visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck are prohibited. Any tattoos deemed offensive or inappropriate must be discreetly covered.

The role involves the responsible sale, handling, and disposal of alcoholic products, a vital component of onboard revenue and crew commission payments. Candidates are also required to reside within a 90-minute commute of their assigned base.

Furthermore, due to legal and safety requirements, candidates must be 18 years of age or older; possess a height between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190cm) without shoes; successfully pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical assessment; demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket and climb into a survival raft from the water; and maintain the physical ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat with a shoulder harness and lap belt.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from approximately £26,000 to £28,000. Part-time positions may also be available, subject to business needs.
