About the Role

A Cabin Crew member's primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests while providing an outstanding customer service experience. This is a demanding yet highly rewarding position where safety is paramount. The role requires flexibility to operate both early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 05:00 AM for morning duties and return times extending until midnight for afternoon rosters.

Training and Development

Successful candidates will commence their journey with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive programme equips aspiring cabin crew members with all the fundamental skills necessary for their day-to-day role, focusing on top-class safety procedures and customer service excellence. The training involves regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of official Cabin Crew Wings.
