About the Role
A Cabin Crew member's primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests while providing an outstanding customer service experience. This is a demanding yet highly rewarding position where safety is paramount. The role requires flexibility to operate both early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 05:00 AM for morning duties and return times extending until midnight for afternoon rosters.
Training and Development
Successful candidates will commence their journey with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive programme equips aspiring cabin crew members with all the fundamental skills necessary for their day-to-day role, focusing on top-class safety procedures and customer service excellence. The training involves regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of official Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and to support another person in the water.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
- A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Adaptability and willingness to work a shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
- A genuine passion for dealing with the public and a 'can-do' attitude in providing exceptional customer service.
- A keen interest in travel and meeting new people.
