Location

easyJet is recruiting Captains for permanent contracts based at London Gatwick, Bristol, Birmingham, or Belfast. Applicants will have the opportunity to specify their base preference during the application process; however, all base assignments are subject to operational requirements.

Initial Training Overview

Non-Type Rated Captains will undergo a full A320 Type Rating with one of easyJet’s approved training organisations at the commencement of their easyJet employment. The full cost of the A320 Type Rating will be covered by easyJet. Following the Type Rating, all pilots will complete a standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC) upon joining.

The Selection Process

The comprehensive selection process is structured into the following stages:

  1. Stage 1: Online Application submission.
  2. Stage 2: Completion of Online Assessments.
  3. Stage 3: Application Review.
  4. Stage 4: Assessment Centre – Candidates who successfully navigate Stages 1-3 will receive an invitation to attend an easyJet Assessment Centre. This stage is conducted at one of easyJet’s Simulator Centres and encompasses both a Non-Technical and a Technical (Simulator) Assessment.
