Virgin Atlantic Airways is seeking experienced First Officers and Senior First Officers to join their Airbus fleet, operating from London Heathrow. About the Role
As an integral part of the flight crew, First Officers and Senior First Officers are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Virgin Atlantic's technologically advanced Airbus fleet, including the A330 Neo and A350-1000. This role requires exceptional aircraft handling skills, extensive technical knowledge, and strong human factors awareness. Pilots will contribute to delivering consistent operational excellence and maintaining the airline's high safety standards, while embodying the company's passion for aviation and commitment to customer experience.
Requirements

A minimum of 1500 flight hours for First Officer or 3000 flight hours for Senior First Officer.

Flight time must be on a multi-pilot turbojet or multi-pilot turbo-prop aircraft with a maximum take-off mass of not less than 10 tonnes or a passenger seating configuration exceeding 19 passengers.

Current and qualified on the A320, A330, A340, A350, or A380.

Hold a current UK Class One Medical certificate.

Possess an unfrozen ATPL licence issued by the UK CAA with a valid type rating.

Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in English, certified as ICAO Level 6.

Previous experience on C17 Globemaster, A330 Voyager, Poseidon, A400M Atlas, RC-135, Wedgetail AEW, or Envoy IV is required for military applicants.
