SAS Crew Services Ltd., an SAS Group company, invites experienced pilots to join the SAS Connect A320 fleet based at London Heathrow. As SAS continues to innovate and expand, the airline is preparing for its largest summer program to date in 2026, offering pilots the opportunity to operate a modern narrowbody fleet across a diverse and challenging European network.

Requirements

  • EASA ATPL Licence.
  • Minimum of 4,000 hours total flying time.
  • Minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on CS25 aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 30.0T.
  • Valid A320 type rating (preferred).
  • EASA Class One medical certificate.
  • ICAO Level 5 English Language Proficiency.
  • Clean safety record (no incidents or accidents).
  • Right to live and work in the UK (preferred).

Recruitment Process

The SAS selection process consists of CV screening, an online interview, cognitive and personality assessments, and a comprehensive assessment day featuring a simulator session and personal interview. Final candidates will undergo background screening, security interviews, and medical testing.

Successful candidates will be invited for assessment between March and April 2026, with anticipated employment start dates from May 2026. Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis, with a final deadline of April 5th, 2026. SAS reserves the right to close the vacancy at short notice.
