SAS Crew Services Ltd. is seeking experienced Captains to join the SAS Connect A320 fleet. As SAS enters a new era of growth with an expanded summer program for 2026, the company invites pilots to operate modern A320 Neo narrowbody aircraft across a diverse European network, ranging from Nordic winter operations to high-density airspaces.

Candidate Requirements

  • EASA ATPL Licence.
  • Minimum 4,000 hours total flying time.
  • Minimum 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on CS25 aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) greater than 30.0 tonnes.
  • Valid EASA Class One medical certificate.
  • ICAO Level 5 English language proficiency.
  • Clean incident and accident history.
  • A320 type rating (preferred).
  • Right to live and work in the UK (preferred).

Recruitment Process

The selection process includes the following stages, with each step potentially acting as a disqualifier:

  • CV Screening: Evaluation of qualifications, licenses, and experience.
  • Online Interview: Initial discussion with a recruiter.
  • Online Tests: Cognitive and personality assessments.
  • Assessment Day: Simulator session and personal interview.
  • Final Checks: Background screening, personal security interview, right-to-work verification, and drug/alcohol testing.

Successful candidates will be invited for assessment in March and April 2026, with employment commencing from May 2026 onwards.

Candidates who have not previously been invited to an assessment may reapply at any time; candidates previously unsuccessful at the assessment stage may reapply after 12 months.
