Lead Captain Position – Challenger 300 – Tacoma, Washington

KTIW is seeking a highly experienced Lead Captain to join its Part 91/135 operations based in Tacoma, Washington. This exceptional opportunity requires a Challenger 300 type rating and a commitment to operational excellence. Candidates must reside within a two-hour driving radius of Tacoma, WA, or be prepared to relocate within a reasonable timeframe. Relocation intentions should be clearly stated in the resume or cover letter, including an estimated timeframe for completion.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3,500 hours total flight time
• 2,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
• 1,000 hours turbine time
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
• Challenger 300 Type Rating with a minimum of 200 hours in type

Additional Requirements:

• Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canadian, and Caribbean countries. While preference is given to candidates within a two-hour commute, those with a reasonable commute time will be considered.
• Successful completion of DOT/FAA drug screening and background checks, and willingness to participate in random drug/alcohol testing.
• Submission of full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including medical certificates, and completion of a required disclosure form.
• Ability to perform additional duties as assigned.
