Job Summary
This dynamic role requires a skilled pilot to support sales efforts through demonstration flights, event participation, and regional market development. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors, contributing significantly to territory growth. This position necessitates extensive travel. Multiple positions are available.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify retail prospects through thorough market research, assessing their needs, financial capabilities, and key personnel. Develop and qualify leads within vertical and emerging markets, leveraging Cirrus Marketing's resources to effectively present sales proposals and promotional materials.
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and implement a variety of sales events and promotional activities, aligned with organizational goals and informed by territory-specific business plans. Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to pinpoint and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Demonstration Flight Coordination: Manage all logistical aspects of product demonstrations, ensuring client engagement and effective communication of product capabilities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on event performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Prepare comprehensive post-event reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- FAA Commercial Pilot Instrument Certificate and a second-class medical certificate are required; Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) rating preferred.
- Minimum one year of sales or marketing experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer software.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
