Wizz Air Pilot Academy Programme (WAPA)
The Wizz Air Pilot Academy offers a premier training pathway for aspiring aviators with little to no prior flight experience. This program enables candidates to obtain a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and provides a prospective career opportunity as a pilot with Wizz Air. Participants receive high-quality instruction aligned with Wizz Air’s rigorous operational and training standards.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Wizz Air Pilot Academy, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Residency and Authorization:
Candidates must be based in and possess the unrestricted right to live and work in one of the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia.

Educational Attainment:
Completion of a minimum of a high school degree.

Age Requirement:
A minimum age of 18 years.

Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Physical Capability:
The ability to swim 50 meters unassisted.
