Wizz Air Pilot Academy Programme (WAPA) Overview

The Wizz Air Pilot Academy offers a comprehensive training pathway for aspiring aviators with little to no previous experience. This programme provides the opportunity to obtain a Commercial Pilot’s License (CPL) and pursue a career as a pilot at Wizz Air. Participants receive high-quality instruction aligned with Wizz Air’s rigorous training standards, supported by an experienced flight school.

Candidate Requirements

To be eligible for the Wizz Air Pilot Academy Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in one of the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia.
• Completion of a minimum high school degree.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to swim 50 meters unassisted.
