This role supports the development of training requirements and the implementation of courseware for Aircrew/Mission Planner functions, including the creation and utilization of simulation and scenarios for customer training. The Pilot Trainer Developer is responsible for designing and delivering highly creative training courses for both existing and new systems. Key responsibilities include:
A successful candidate will possess experience in utilizing technology-based multimedia applications, applying innovative concepts, methodologies, and technical skills. This includes using multiple media tools for courseware development, incorporating graphic design trends, software development, and training techniques. Experience implementing instructional design trends into training aids such as flight simulators and various part task training devices is also required.
This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen and to hold a government security clearance. An active Secret clearance with a Background Investigation conducted within the last five years is required to commence employment. The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance is also necessary.
This position requires up to 20% travel.
