Rotorcraft Pilot - Medical Transport
The Rotorcraft Pilot plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transport of patients as part of a dedicated medical team. This position requires a highly skilled and responsible aviator committed to operational excellence and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with a team of medical professionals to safely transport patients to and from various locations and facilities.
- Responsible for ensuring the comprehensive readiness of the aircraft for all flight dispatches, adhering strictly to appropriate manuals, all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), and company-specific requirements.
- Maintains the cleanliness and operational preparedness of the aircraft.
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of a current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
- Holds a current Helicopter Instrument Rating.
- Must possess a current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
- A minimum of 2,000 total flight hours is required.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1,500 hours of helicopter flight time.
- Requires a minimum of 1,000 hours of Helicopter Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
