Job Summary:
A leading general aviation company seeks a skilled and experienced Pilot to join its Flight Operations team in Wichita, KS. This pivotal role involves inspiring flight globally, showcasing general aviation's most iconic aircraft, and sharing expert product knowledge. The Pilot will collaborate with the crew to design and deliver exceptional aviation experiences for customers and the community by conducting demonstration flights, supporting trade shows, providing company transportation, and assisting with customer support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operates company and customer aircraft worldwide in strict adherence to FAA and ICAO regulations, alongside all local operating procedures.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of relevant aircraft models, including systems, avionics, equipment, options, product changes, and updates.
- Participates in all required training, including initial and recurrent aircraft training, emergency procedures, crew coordination, international procedures, and other training deemed necessary by management.
- Manages essential office tasks such as preparing expense reports and flight logs, planning international flights, updating aircraft flight manuals and approach plates, and performing other duties integral to daily flight operations.
- Conducts flights specifically for sales demonstrations and marketing support purposes.
- Upholds and supports all Flight Operations policies, procedures, guidelines, and responsibilities.
- Communicates effectively with department personnel, ensuring awareness of noteworthy issues.
- Prioritizes safety as the paramount consideration for all operational activities.

- Assists in promoting all company products.
- Demonstrates a proactive, solution-driven approach and the capability to navigate ambiguity.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Aviation Science or a related field is preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience is required.
- International operating experience is preferred.
- Experience operating company aircraft models is preferred.
- A minimum of 2000 total flight hours is required.
- A minimum of 500 turbine flight hours is required.
- 250 turbine Pilot in Command (PIC) hours are preferred.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a US Passport or the ability to successfully obtain one is required.
- The ability to travel globally without restriction is required; this role involves approximately 75% travel.
- A FAA Multi-Engine Instructor Rating (MEI) is preferred.
- A FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with instrument rating and Single/Multi-Engine Land ratings is required; an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is preferred.
- A FAA Second Class medical certificate or better is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a FAA First Class medical certificate.
- A FAA Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI) is required.
- A FAA Flight Instructor Instrument Certificate (CFII) is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital/glass flight decks is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
