Jetvia is seeking a qualified Cirrus Pilot to join their executive jet charter services team based near Titusville, Florida. This critical role involves rapid deployment to transport personnel and parts for aircraft on the ground (AOG) situations across the Southeastern United States, with an emphasis on immediate response times.
About the Role
The Cirrus Pilot will be responsible for supporting Jetvia's operations by ensuring timely transportation of people and parts to AOG aircraft. A key expectation of this position is the ability to be airborne within 60 minutes of notification. On busy days, the pilot will be stationed at the Jetvia facility at TIX airport, prepared for immediate dispatch. This role offers the opportunity to fly between 50-100+ hours per month. Furthermore, this position guarantees a career progression pathway to the right seat of Jetvia's Learjet fleet. Upon accumulating 500 flight hours with Jetvia, pilots will transition to a First Officer (SIC) role on the Learjet 60.
Requirements

Residency within a 30-minute radius of TIX Airport or willingness to relocate.

Possession of a First-Class Medical Certificate.

A minimum of 500 hours of total flight time.

Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Excellent time management and customer relations capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating in Florida's weather conditions.

Familiarity with flying to the Bahamas.

Previous experience flying Cirrus aircraft, preferably with a CSIP endorsement.

Position Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive flight planning, including reviewing destination, en route, and alternate airport weather conditions.

Calculate and review aircraft weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance data.

Ensure pre-flight inspections are meticulously performed.

Serve as Pilot in Command.

Adhere to schedules and operational directives.

Supervise and direct the First Officer.

Coordinate and monitor the functions of all assigned crew members.

Represent Jetvia professionally when interacting with executive clients and other charter operators.
