About the Role
Northeastern Aviation, on behalf of its client Bond-Coat, is seeking a qualified Learjet 60XR Captain to join the flight department based in Odessa, Texas. This role is ideal for a pilot seeking stability and professionalism while supporting a privately held organization in the oil and gas sector. Candidates should reside in Houston or within commuting distance of Odessa/Midland.
Requirements

Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time.

Minimum 1,000 hours turbine time.

Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.

Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.

Valid Passport.

Ability to freely enter and exit all countries where company flight operations are conducted.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Ability to successfully complete a 10-year background investigation, pre-employment drug screen, and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).
Qualifications

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and iPad-based aviation applications.

Valid driver's license.

Experience in a similar Captain role is beneficial.
