System One | Pilot

Responsibilities

• Follow the lead of a technician in pilot plant campaigns.
• Collaborate with plant technicians and campaign managers to address process and equipment-related challenges.
• Assist the lead technician in communicating batch status with chemists and analytical teams.
• Participate in group activities, including scheduled meetings.
• Develop proficiency in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations.
• Attend Process Safety Objectivity Review (PSOR) meetings and provide input.
• Adhere to all procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report all incidents, such as spills, exposures, or injuries, to management.
• Conduct all operations and activities with safety as the primary objective.

Requirements

• Experience working with established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures and bulk manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods, and procedures.
• Effective troubleshooting skills related to equipment and/or processes.
• High School Graduate or Associate Degree.
