Sales Support Pilot - Denver, Colorado
Job Summary
Cirrus Aircraft seeks a Sales Support Pilot to plan and execute aircraft demonstrations, provide event support, and collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to foster territory development. This role requires extensive travel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospecting in underserved retail markets by researching prospect needs, financial condition, and key personnel.
- Developing and qualifying leads in vertical and emerging markets.
- Utilizing technical sales and promotional resources from Cirrus Marketing.
- Preparing and presenting general and special purpose sales presentations on Cirrus products.
- Planning, organizing, and executing assigned events and promotional activities throughout the region, informed by territory health and business plans.
- Developing event concepts and themes aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborating with Regional Sales Directors to identify underdeveloped areas and growth opportunities.
- Coordinating the logistics and execution of product demonstrations, ensuring effective and engaging communication with potential clients.
- Tracking and analyzing event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future events through post-event reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating and a second-class medical certificate are required. A Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of prior sales or marketing experience is desired.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer software and internet navigation.
- Demonstrated outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships ("people person").

Work Environment and Requirements
Extensive travel is required. Work beyond 40 hours per week may be necessary. This job description is not exhaustive and duties may change.
Compensation
Base Salary Range: $70,612.69 to $105,919.03 USD
