Thales is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Planner to join its team in Orlando, FL. This vital role is responsible for the meticulous planning of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, specifically supporting the Thales In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) system installed on customer aircraft. The planner will also manage program initiatives, such as scheduling modifications and software upgrades across the associated fleets.
The Aircraft Maintenance Planner will be responsible for the continuous improvement of data collection, processing, and analysis. This position involves defining objectives and requirements to align with departmental parameters and meet customer needs effectively. The role demands commitment to maintaining time and quality standards throughout the full lifecycle of all assigned projects and requires careful handling of customer-sensitive data.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between $56,604.00 - $75,472.00 - $93,722.00 USD Annually. This range reflects compensation trends in similar industries and geographic regions for comparable roles. Actual placement within this range depends on various factors including the candidate's career history, competencies, skills, performance, the company’s annual salary budget, customer program requirements, and internal equity.
