Thales is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Planner based in Orlando, FL. The Aircraft Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities to support the Thales In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems installed on customer aircraft. This role includes program initiatives such as scheduling modifications and software upgrades across associated fleets. The position requires a focus on continuous improvement of data collection, processing, and analysis, as well as defining objectives and requirements to meet departmental parameters and customer needs. The planner is responsible for ensuring committed time and quality standards are met throughout the full lifecycle of all assigned projects and must handle and process customer-sensitive data with appropriate care.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between 56,604.00 - 93,722.00 USD Annually. This range reflects typical compensation for similar jobs in a similar industry and geographic region and is one data point among many factors influencing compensation decisions. Other factors include the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as company budget, customer program requirements, and internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
