Aviation Training Instructor (Talent Network)
CAE is currently accepting applications for its talent network to proactively engage with aviation professionals for upcoming instructional opportunities. This role is ideal for experienced pilots committed to delivering world-class training in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality instruction in both simulator and ground school settings.

Prepare and conduct comprehensive training briefings and debriefings.

Ensure all training initiatives remain fully compliant with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.

Maintain all required professional qualifications and engage in ongoing development.

Foster a collaborative learning environment by sharing deep aviation knowledge with trainees.
Minimum Qualifications

Hold an unrestricted Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).

Possess or maintain the ability to obtain an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate (requires Category 3 medical for initial issuance).

Demonstrated passion for aviation education supported by excellent communication skills.

Proficiency with computer systems, including the Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications.

Must be legally authorized to live and work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience operating business aircraft.

Minimum of 1,500 hours of multi-crew flight experience.
