Role Overview
The Aviation Instructor is responsible for delivering expert instruction in both simulator and ground school environments. The successful candidate will foster a collaborative learning environment, leveraging advanced simulation technology to provide high-quality training that adheres to Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality simulator and ground school instruction.

Prepare and conduct thorough briefings and debriefings.

Ensure all training activities align with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE regulatory standards.

Maintain professional qualifications and participate in continuous professional development.

Share aviation expertise to contribute to a collaborative and innovative learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications

Unrestricted Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with the ability to obtain an FAA ATP (requires Category 3 medical for initial issuance).

Demonstrated passion for instruction supported by excellent communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.

Must be legally authorized to live and work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating business aircraft.

1,500 hours of multi-crew flight experience.
