PAL Aerospace is seeking a qualified Pilot Training Manager / Instructor for its King Air 350 Air Ambulance operation in Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador. This role is responsible for the complete Air Ambulance pilot training lifecycle, including ground school, simulator training, and line checks, while also maintaining Air Ambulance standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
The Pilot Training Manager will oversee and conduct comprehensive Air Ambulance pilot training for the King Air 350 aircraft. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing training programs, coordinating schedules, and ensuring adherence to established standards and SOPs. The position involves close collaboration with the management team to define training objectives, mentorship of team members, and management of the Electronic Training Record (ETR) system and lesson plans. The role serves as the primary liaison for Newfoundland and Labrador Air Ambulance pilot training.
