Job Title: Instructor Pilot - Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger)
CAE is seeking multiple full-time Instructor Pilots to join our Montreal Training Centre. As an Instructor Pilot, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in flight training excellence, fostering pilot mastery and confidence through simulator sessions and ground school instruction. This position offers the opportunity to leverage advanced simulation technology while maintaining professional qualifications within a global team.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality simulator and ground school instruction for the Bombardier Business Jet platform.

Conduct comprehensive briefings and debriefings to ensure trainee progress.

Ensure all training activities strictly adhere to Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.

Maintain personal flight qualifications and engage in continuous professional development.

Foster a collaborative learning environment by sharing aviation expertise with trainees.
Minimum Qualifications

Unrestricted Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).

Ability to obtain an FAA ATP (requires Category 3 medical for initial issuance).

Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.

Must be authorized to live and work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience flying business aircraft.

Minimum of 1,500 hours of multi-crew flight experience.
