As a Brussels Airlines Cabin Crew Member, you are the embodiment of our commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional travel experience to every passenger, anticipating their needs and providing service with a genuine smile. Safety is paramount, and you will be entrusted with upholding the highest standards, diligently adhering to company procedures and Belgian Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Arriving punctually and fully prepared for pre-flight briefings, adhering to company procedures and grooming standards.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout their journey.
- Providing the highest level of customer service, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere on board.
- Participating in all mandatory company training programs to maintain and enhance your skills.
Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
- You are at least 18 years old by the start of the training program.
- You are fluent in English, French, and Dutch (additional languages are a plus).
- You have a minimum of an A2 diploma (proof of qualification required).
- You are punctual, discreet, friendly, and possess excellent listening skills.
- You demonstrate empathy, remain calm under pressure, and can effectively manage challenging situations.
- You are flexible and adaptable, willing to work irregular hours and weekends.
- You have a passion for diverse cultures and a desire to work across our short-haul and long-haul network.
- You are a confident swimmer, capable of swimming at least 25 meters.
- You meet the EASA medical requirements for cabin crew members.
- You are proud to represent Brussels Airlines and will adhere to our uniform and style guidelines, including the policy on visible tattoos.
Training and Development:
Upon successful selection, you will be placed on our reserve list for the 2025 season. Once training schedules are finalized, you will be assigned to a course based on availability. Our comprehensive training programs range from 8-9 weeks for Ab Initio training to 2-3 weeks for Direct Entry (experienced candidates). Upon successful completion, you will be offered a temporary contract with Brussels Airlines.
