BA Euroflyer Cabin Crew Opportunity

BA Euroflyer, the newest airline within the British Airways family, is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join their Cabin Crew team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment at London Gatwick Airport, a major international travel hub. As a Cabin Crew member, the individual will play a crucial role in creating unique and memorable journeys for passengers, contributing to the airline's mission of connecting people from all walks of life.

Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work as part of a team committed to providing a safe, relaxing, and secure experience for all customers. Responsibilities include delivering world-class service in line with established standards and ensuring adherence to all operational safety, security, and health and safety protocols. They will also be responsible for complying with all corporate policies and procedures. Adaptability and a proactive approach to change and innovation are essential, as is a commitment to continuous improvement. The individual will work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the customer experience and strengthen the airline's relationship with its clientele.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for customer service and demonstrate excellent communication and decision-making skills. They must also possess effective time management skills and the ability to remain resilient in dynamic and challenging environments. The candidate should be motivated for constant learning and personal growth and be open to feedback. A commitment to being a brand ambassador, upholding excellence in safety, security, and service standards, is required. The individual must also be hardworking, empathetic, and collaborative with demonstrated team-player skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience. They must be aged 18 or over at the time of application and possess proficiency in both spoken and written English. Candidates must also have the right to work in the UK and hold a passport that allows for unrestricted global travel.

Recruitment Timeline:

Please note, BA Euroflyer is currently recruiting for training courses commencing in May 2025.
