Cabin Crew members are responsible for providing high-quality care, which includes first aid and general passenger assistance. They are to maintain the safety and security of customers and colleagues on every flight, and create memorable experiences while providing the airline's renowned friendly customer service. This role involves actively promoting and selling the airline's selection of in-flight products via exemplary service.

The airline seeks candidates who demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and possess clear and engaging communication skills. A strong awareness of safety protocols and a high level of attention to detail are essential. Ideal candidates are motivated to achieve sales targets, work effectively as part of a team, and comply with all health and safety regulations, including the consistent ability to fasten the safety harness for the crew jump seat and meet reach requirements.

All Cabin Crew positions are full-time on a fixed-term contract basis. Due to the 24/7 operation, working hours will vary each week, including very early starts and late finishes. Candidates must be able to provide full references for the last 5 years and clear criminal record checks.

A four-week, CAA-approved training course, held locally, will equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge for success in the role.
