Key Responsibilities

Support the safe operation of the aircraft in accordance with established procedures.

Conduct pre-flight safety checks and comprehensive cabin preparation.

Deliver safety demonstrations and passenger briefings.

Monitor cabin readiness and report status prior to take-off.

Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight.

Provide a high standard of customer service.

Respond effectively and decisively during emergency situations.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of safety equipment and regulatory procedures.

Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and safety policies.

Foster positive relationships with passengers and colleagues.

Contribute to a strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) culture and a positive safety reporting environment.

Uphold high standards of personal presentation and support wider cabin services activities as required.
