Key Responsibilities

  • Support the safe operation of the aircraft in accordance with established procedures.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and comprehensive cabin preparation.
  • Deliver safety demonstrations and passenger briefings.
  • Monitor cabin readiness and report status prior to take-off.
  • Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service.
  • Respond effectively and decisively during emergency situations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of safety equipment and regulatory procedures.
  • Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and safety policies.
  • Foster positive relationships with passengers and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) culture and a positive safety reporting environment.
  • Uphold high standards of personal presentation and support wider cabin services activities as required.

  • Demonstration of high personal and professional standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge or a demonstrated willingness to develop such expertise.
  • Previous cabin crew experience is preferred.
