Role Overview
As a member of the Cabin Crew, the successful candidate will support safe, efficient flight operations while working alongside the Purser and Cabin Supervisor to deliver professional, customer-focused service. AirTanker operates at the intersection of military precision and commercial innovation, providing essential air-to-air refuelling and air transport services to the RAF and MOD.
Key Responsibilities

Support the safe operation of the aircraft in accordance with established procedures.

Complete all pre-flight safety checks and cabin preparations.

Deliver comprehensive safety demonstrations and passenger briefings.

Monitor cabin readiness and report status prior to take-off.

Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout the duration of the flight.

Deliver a high standard of customer service.

Respond effectively and decisively to emergency situations.

Maintain extensive knowledge of safety equipment and operational procedures.

Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety policies at all times.

Build and maintain positive relationships with passengers and colleagues.

Contribute to a strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) culture.

Support wider Cabin Services activities as required.
