The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our cabin crew team at Luton Airport. Position Overview
Successful candidates will undergo a 6-week intensive training course covering fundamental safety and service skills, culminating in the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. This role requires flexibility, as it involves operating early and late shift rosters, including early morning starts (from 05:00) and late finishes (until midnight).

Candidate Requirements

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height requirement: Approximately 5’2” (157 cm) to 6’2” (188 cm).

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.

Ability to adapt to a shift-based roster.
