Role Overview
As part of the cabin team, the successful candidate will report to the Purser and Cabin Supervisor. The primary responsibility is to ensure the safe, efficient, and professional operation of the aircraft while delivering a customer-focused service on every flight.
Key Responsibilities

Support the safe operation of the aircraft in accordance with established procedures.

Perform pre-flight safety checks and comprehensive cabin preparation.

Deliver safety demonstrations and passenger briefings.

Monitor cabin readiness and report status prior to take-off.

Ensure the ongoing safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight.

Maintain high standards of customer service and positive passenger relations.

Execute emergency procedures effectively and maintain extensive knowledge of all safety equipment.

Adhere to standard operating procedures and company safety policies.

Contribute to a strong Crew Resource Management culture and promote a positive safety reporting environment.

Maintain high standards of personal presentation.

Support wider Cabin Services activities as required.
