The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our professional cabin crew team. Position Overview
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course to develop fundamental safety and customer service skills. The program includes regular assessments, culminating in supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. This is a demanding role requiring flexibility to operate early and late shifts, with report times potentially beginning at 05:00 or ending at midnight.
Candidate Requirements

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Must be between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm) in height.

Must demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Must be comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.

A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.

Adaptable to working a fixed shift roster.

A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a positive, "can-do" attitude.

A genuine passion for travel and engaging with the public.
