Cabin Crew – Manchester Base

Ryanair is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Cabin Crew. Successful candidates will join the training course commencing on 23 June 2026, with a confirmed base in Manchester. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a leading European airline group, delivering safe and high-quality service to passengers across an extensive network.

Position Overview

This role requires a dedicated approach to safety and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Cabin Crew are responsible for operating early and late shifts, which may include reporting for duty as early as 5:00 AM or returning as late as midnight. While no prior experience is required, candidates must demonstrate a professional "can-do" attitude and a passion for travel.

Requirements

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
• Height must be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
• Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English, with the ability to pass a mandatory English Language Assessment.
• Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a strong commitment to customer service.

Mandatory Assessment Notice: Applicants are required to complete an English proficiency test and a situational judgment test during the application process. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification.
