About the Role
Wizz Air is actively recruiting for Flight Attendant positions, also known as Cabin Crew, to join their award-winning team. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and providing exceptional customer service onboard flights. The recruitment event will take place on November 9th, 2026, at the LLA Excellence Academy in Luton.
Responsibilities

Prioritise and manage both safety and customer care aspects during flights.

Execute onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies.

Conduct in-flight sales and manage cash handling procedures.

Welcome and assist passengers throughout their journey.

Receive contractual employment and payment from the commencement of training.
Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must possess an arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.

Minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.

Ability to swim.

Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).

Must reside within a 90-minute commute of the designated base or be prepared to relocate.

No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.

Demonstrate an enthusiastic personality and a passion for working with people.

Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.

Individuals with prescriptions above +4 or below -4 for glasses or contact lenses may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
Recruitment Event Information
Candidates are expected to arrive punctually for the recruitment day, which may extend until late afternoon. Attendees must bring their passport along with their Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British passport holders only need their passport). An updated English CV with an ID photo is also required. The dress code is smart business attire, with professional grooming. Jeans and untidy appearances are to be avoided.
