About the Role
As Cabin Crew for the Ryanair Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. This dynamic position involves delivering top-class inflight experiences and contributing to a positive customer journey. The role demands flexibility, requiring work across early and late shifts, with early starts as early as 5 am and late finishes up to midnight. A passion for travel, meeting new people, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is essential.
Requirements

Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist another person in the water.

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.

Customer-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude and a genuine enjoyment of dealing with the public.

Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable with an outgoing and friendly personality.

Comfortable working a shift roster.

A passion for travel and interacting with new people.
Qualifications

No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test as part of the application process.
