Cabin Crew Opportunity – Ryanair Group
The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our professional cabin crew team. As Europe’s largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights across more than 90 operational bases, we are inviting motivated candidates to join our team for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season. Position Overview
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training program to acquire the fundamental skills required for cabin safety and guest services. The training includes regular examinations, culminatory Supernumerary flights, and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. This role requires the flexibility to operate both early and late shifts, with start times as early as 5:00 AM and finish times extending until midnight.

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height requirement: Approximately 5’2” (157 cm) to 6’2” (188 cm).

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and assist others.

Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.

Capacity to adapt to a shift-based roster.

Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.

Proficiency in written and spoken English, verified by an English Language Assessment.

A genuine passion for travel and interpersonal engagement.
