Cabin Crew – Glasgow Prestwick Base

Ryanair is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew at our Glasgow Prestwick base. As part of Europe's largest airline group, successful candidates will contribute to a network of over 90 operational bases, providing exceptional service to our guests across more than 3,600 daily flights.

Job Description

This role is ideal for customer-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Cabin Crew are responsible for delivering a safe and high-quality inflight experience. The position requires flexibility, as it involves operating a shift roster that includes both early starts (from 05:00) and late finishes (until midnight). Prior experience is not required, as comprehensive training is provided.

Mandatory Assessment Notice: All applicants must complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from the application process.

Candidate Requirements

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
• Height requirement: Approximately 5' 2" (157 cm) to 6' 2" (188 cm).
• Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal), with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
• Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
• A passion for travel and meeting new people.
