Job Title: Cabin Crew – Glasgow Prestwick
Ryanair is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew at the Glasgow Prestwick base. As part of Europe's largest airline group, successful candidates will contribute to our extensive network, ensuring safety and exceptional service for our passengers across more than 250 destinations.
Role Overview
This position is ideal for individuals who are customer-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role involves operating early and late shifts, including early morning starts and late-night finishes. Safety is our primary objective, and all crew members receive comprehensive, world-leading training to ensure they are prepared for all aspects of inflight operations. Prior experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service to all passengers.

Maintain the highest standards of safety and security during all flights.

Operate within a flexible shift roster, including early starts and late finishes.

Participate in mandatory assessments, including an English proficiency test and a situational judgment test.
Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height requirement: Approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and provide assistance to others in water.

Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing and friendly personality.

Adaptability and willingness to work a rotating shift pattern.

Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.

A proactive, "can-do" attitude toward customer service.
