With a network spanning over 90 operational bases, this role offers the opportunity to join a workforce of over 16,000 professionals dedicated to delivering industry-leading service to over 600,000 guests daily.

Position Overview

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where safety remains the absolute priority. Cabin Crew members operate under a fixed shift roster, which includes early starts (as early as 5:00 AM) and late finishes (up to midnight). Candidates must be prepared to commit to this demanding schedule. No prior experience is required, as successful applicants will receive comprehensive, world-class training.

Key Requirements

  • Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and provide support to others in water.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to pass a mandatory English Language Assessment.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature with a professional, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Passion for travel and interpersonal engagement.

Mandatory Application Process
