The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join its team of over 16,000 cabin crew members. This role offers an opportunity to deliver industry-leading service within Europe's largest airline group, characterized by over 3,600 daily flights and extensive career progression pathways.
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training program, which covers essential safety protocols and customer service standards. The training includes periodic examinations and culminates in supervised flights to ensure candidates are fully qualified. Following the initial training phase, crew members will operate on a fixed roster pattern, covering both early and late shifts. The role requires the ability to handle demanding operational schedules, including early morning departures from 5:00 AM and late evening returns until midnight.
