Cabin Crew Opportunities - Summer 2026 - Luton Airport

Jet2.com is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew at Luton Airport for the Summer 2026 season. As a vital member of our flight team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers while delivering the exceptional service for which our airline is known.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer care, including first aid and general passenger assistance, to create memorable travel experiences.
Promote and sell in-flight products, maintaining confidence and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Maintain the safety and security of all passengers and colleagues by strictly adhering to company procedures and communications.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team alongside Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues to ensure operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

While previous experience is not required, successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Proficiency in actively promoting onboard products.
Strong teamwork, initiative, professionalism, and accountability.

Essential Criteria

Must hold a current UK/EU passport with required validity.
Ability to provide full references for the last 5 years and pass satisfactory criminal record checks.
Must meet medical, health, and safety regulations, including the ability to fasten the safety harness for the crew jump seat and satisfy height/reach requirements.
Must be available to complete a 4-week unpaid, CAA-approved training course held locally to the base.
Ability to work a 24/7, flexible schedule including very early starts and late finishes.

Employment Terms

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract from 5th June to 2nd November 2026. High-performing individuals may be invited to return for subsequent seasons, subject to business requirements.
