The esteemed airline is seeking a dedicated professional to join its Cabin Crew Team at Bristol Airport. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of all passengers on board. The Cabin Crew member will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and contribute to a collaborative team environment, upholding the airline's award-winning reputation through consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
This position offers a competitive total earnings potential of £32,000 plus, pro rata for the contract duration, encompassing a generous commission structure and additional compensation, such as Flight Duty and Sector Pay. The airline provides comprehensive benefits including no upfront fees for Cabin Crew Training, discounts on Jet2holidays and associated travel, complimentary uniform and airport parking, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance at three times the annual salary, 37 days of annual holiday entitlement pro rata (inclusive of bank holidays), and access to an Employee Assistance Programme for personal and family support.
Key responsibilities of this role include delivering high-quality care, encompassing first aid and general passenger assistance; ensuring the safety and security of passengers and colleagues on every flight; creating memorable experiences through proactive and engaging customer service; and driving sales through the promotion of in-flight products.
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, exhibit clear and engaging communication skills, demonstrate an unwavering awareness of safety protocols, display meticulous attention to detail, be motivated to achieve sales targets, and thrive within a collaborative team environment. They must be capable of adhering to all health and safety regulations, including the ability to consistently fasten the crew jump seat safety harness and fulfill reach requirements.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract. The 24/7 operational nature of the role necessitates flexibility with work hours, including early starts and late finishes. Successful candidates will be required to provide comprehensive references for the past five years and undergo satisfactory criminal record checks. To prepare for this position, all candidates will complete a comprehensive, four-week CAA-approved training course conducted locally.
