The Cabin Crew team member at Birmingham Airport plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of all passengers onboard the aircraft. He/She upholds the company's award-winning reputation by delivering exceptional customer service, taking responsibility, and collaborating effectively as part of a team.

This full-time, fixed-term contract position offers a range of benefits, including:

  • Excellent on-target earnings of £32,000 plus, pro rata for the contract length, encompassing a generous commission scheme and additional payments such as Flight Duty & Sector Pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care, encompassing first aid and general passenger assistance.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of customers and colleagues on every flight.
  • Creating positive onboard experiences while providing friendly customer service.
  • Driving sales by promoting the selection of in-flight products through exceptional service.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

While previous experience is not mandatory, the ideal candidate demonstrates:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Clear and engaging communication skills.
  • A strong awareness of the importance of safety.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • The ability to comply with health and safety regulations, including consistently being able to fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and satisfy reach requirements.

Working hours will vary each week, including early starts and late finishes, reflecting the 24/7 operational nature of the role. Successful candidates must provide full references for the last 5 years and satisfactory criminal record checks.

A successful candidate will complete a CAA-approved 4-week training course, held local to the base, to equip them with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
