Recruitment Timeline:

BA Euroflyer is recruiting for courses commencing in May 2025. Applications close on Sunday, January 12th. Due to anticipated high application volumes, early application is advised to avoid missing this opportunity. Successful candidates will be invited to the Waterside Head Office for final assessment centers towards the end of January.

Key Responsibilities:

The Cabin Crew will deliver a premium customer service experience, adapting to individual needs and circumstances. Specific duties include:

  • Delivering world-class service excellence that aligns with service standards and behaviors.
  • Ensuring all operational safety, security, and health and safety responsibilities are met to the highest standard.
  • Maintaining compliance with all corporate policies and procedures as per relevant legislation.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates should be passionate about aviation and possess the following:

  • Passion for Customer Service: A demonstrable passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and effective decision-making skills.
  • Time Management: Strong time management abilities.
  • Resilience: Capacity to remain resilient in dynamic and challenging situations.
  • Continuous Learning: A motivation for continuous learning, personal development, and openness to feedback.
  • Brand Ambassador: Commitment to acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining excellence in safety, security, and service standards.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, hardworking, and empathetic nature.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 12 months of customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and a passport that allows unrestricted global travel.
