Recruitment Days
Wizz Air UK hosts regular recruitment events, and interested candidates are encouraged to attend those nearest to their location.
Important Information for Recruitment Day Attendees:
- Arrive punctually, as the process may extend until late afternoon.
- Bring a valid passport (and Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code for British passport holders).
- Present an updated English CV with an ID photo.
- Dress in business attire.
- Attendance is welcome regardless of the base for which the candidate is applying.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize both safety and customer care.
- Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policy.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers with a warm smile and provide assistance throughout the flight.
- Uphold Wizz Air’s core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Become a valued member of a family of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Valid right to live and work in the UK (successful candidates must also obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable).
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- GCSE results/high school degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (additional CEE language knowledge is beneficial).
- Valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Ability to swim.
- Residence within 90 minutes of the chosen base, with the ability to travel to the base as per the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform.
- Enthusiasm for working with people.
- Please note that candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
