Aviation professionals are invited to apply for a Cabin Crew position at London Stansted Airport, where they will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. This position requires the individual to take responsibility and work cohesively as part of a team to maintain the company's award-winning reputation while delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract role with a variable 24/7 schedule, including early starts and late finishes. Successful candidates must provide full references for the last 5 years and pass satisfactory criminal record checks. This position offers a competitive OTE of £32,000 plus, pro rata for the length of the contract, including a generous commission scheme and additional payments such as Flight Duty & Sector Pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care, including first aid and general passenger assistance.
  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and colleagues on every flight.
  • Provide friendly customer service and create positive onboard experiences.
  • Promote and deliver sales of in-flight products.

All successful candidates must complete a four-week CAA approved training course, held locally to their base, to develop essential skills and knowledge.
