BA Euroflyer is seeking experienced Direct Entry Captains to join our operations at London Gatwick. Operating under the trusted standards of British Airways, we provide high-quality short-haul services to diverse destinations across Europe and North Africa. Starting salary of £114,000 (subject to 2026 pay review), plus approximately £25,150 in allowances (based on 800 flying hours per year).

Candidate Requirements
-
Possession of a UK-issued CAA ATPL (A), fATPL (A), or MPL licence; or an EASA licence meeting UK CAA conversion routes (3, 4, 5, or 6).

A minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time on an aircraft type satisfying Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) requirements, with active operation on said type within the last 6 months.

A minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC), with active operation as PIC within the last 6 months.

Right to live and work in the UK or the ability to secure a valid Right to Work visa.

ICAO English Level 6 proficiency, a valid passport, and a valid Class 1 medical certificate.
Important Application Information

Reapplication periods: 6 months for unsuccessful candidates at the initial stages, 12 months for those unsuccessful at the SIM stage.
