Captain - Lear XR60 and Challenger 604

Location: Saudi Arabia

Role Overview

Draken is seeking experienced Captains to join our Lear XR60 and Challenger 604 fleets. This role supports our contract with the Royal Saudi Air Force, with these fleets permanently based in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our airborne operations, providing mission support that is evolving toward cutting-edge electronic warfare capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee safe and efficient flight operations in strict adherence to regulations and company procedures.
  • Coordinate and execute specialized flight profiles, including formation operations.
  • Collaborate with crew members to achieve mission objectives while maintaining high professional standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently upholding the company's reputation for excellence.
  • Maintain operational compliance as a UK CAA Part-CAT operator, utilizing required tactical and civilian qualifications.

Requirements

  • Possession of a UK CAA (f)ATPL(A) or ATPL(A).
  • Current UK CAA Class 1 Medical certificate.
  • Minimum of 2,000 total flight hours.
  • Minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
  • Current or previously held Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME IR).
  • Completed Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course.
  • Completed Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) course.
  • Proven tactical military captaincy experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain UK Ministry of Defence security clearances (subject to nationality restrictions).
